The 3-out-of-5 Method
Here’s how it works:
🔹 Step 1: Choose 5 daily health habits that move the needle for you
Something like
Walk 30 minutes
Drink 80 oz water
Eat 25g+ fiber
Strength train or stretch for 45 mins
No phone 30 mins before bed
🔹 Step 2: Aim to do at least 3 out of these 5
Yes, only 3, not all of them!!
And that’s how we build the system

All you need →
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup mixed berries
(Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder)
Mix everything, let sit overnight, top with berries.
