Start with this: Easy, Delicious, Fiber-Packed Breakfast
🫐 Gut-Loving Berry Chia Oat Parfait (12g+ fiber)
A 3-minute prep the night before = powerful gut fuel in the morning.
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats (4g fiber)
¾ cup almond milk or water
2 tbsp chia seeds (10g fiber)
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup mixed berries (2–4g fiber)
1 tbsp almond butter (2g fiber)
Dash of cinnamon or vanilla (optional)
Instructions:
Stir oats, chia, and milk in a jar. Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, layer with Greek yogurt, berries, and nut butter.
