3. | 10K Steps a Day ️ | Always yes | Improves digestion, blood sugar, energy, and focus. Simple and powerful. |
4. | IV Therapy | Mostly hype | Unless you're deficient, your gut should be doing the heavy lifting. |
5. | Intermittent Fasting | Can help, but not for everyone | Sometimes helpful for calorie control, but many women suffer from hormone disruption and increased stress. |
6. | Creatine | Yes, with hydration | Boosts muscle and brain health. But hydration is non-negotiable. |
7. | Detox Kits | Save your money | Your body already detoxes daily, support it with food, sleep, fiber, and movement. |
The Real Habits That Make a Difference
Start the day with protein + fiber
Walk after meals
Prioritize deep sleep (it’s where recovery happens)
Strength train consistently
Breathe and regulate your nervous system, especially under stress
Hydrate (especially with supplements like creatine or electrolytes)
