Here’s the real answer
Peptides are powerful, but they’re not magic.
They’re tools. And like any tool… it depends how (and when) you use them.

They’re short chains of amino acids that send little “do this!” messages to your body
Like:

⇨ Repair muscle

Sounds great, right?

Sure… but here’s what most people miss

Peptides don’t fix bad habits

If you’re skipping meals, living on caffeine, with disturbed sleeping patterns
No peptide’s gonna save you.

They’re not all created equal

Some have solid science behind them
Others?
Might just be burning a hole in your wallet
