2. Write it down (but don’t count)

No need to log every calorie
Just jot down what you ate.
Bringing awareness to your food choices is a powerful habit. Most people make better decisions the moment they start paying attention. Try it for 3 days and see how it changes things.

3. Use the Plate Method

Here’s a simple visual to build balanced meals:

  • ½ your plate = veggies

  • ¼ = protein

  • ¼ = healthy carbs (quinoa, sweet potato, rice)

  • Add healthy fat (olive oil, avocado, etc.)


    And don’t forget to hydrate
